Therapy

We provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Sessions are playful, practical, and focused on supporting everyday skills like emotional regulation, motor coordination, self-care, and social interaction — all in the environments that matter most.

Parent/Caregiver Coaching

We work closely with individuals and families to empower you with simple, effective strategies that support you or your child’s engagement in daily routines. Coaching can be delivered alongside therapy or as a stand-alone service, and focuses on collaboration, confidence, and consistency at home.

Assessment & Reporting

Comprehensive OT assessments (Adult & Paediatric) help us understand your child’s developmental profile, strengths, and areas of need. We offer formal and informal assessments, and can provide reports for NDIS, schools, paediatricians, or funding applications.

School & Community Support

We collaborate with educators and community providers to ensure your child is supported across all settings. This may include classroom observations, teacher consultations, transition planning, or strategies for inclusion and participation in everyday environments.

Our Values

These core values guides our practice with every client — children, teens, and adults alike:

  • Connection before compliance – We prioritise building genuine rapport and trust, knowing that meaningful progress starts with feeling safe and heard.

  • Strength-based and goal-focused – Whether working on everyday routines, independence, or personal goals, we focus on what’s working and build from there.

  • Respect for neurodiversity and lived experience – We recognise and value each person’s unique strengths, challenges, and voice — including the voices of families, carers, and support teams.
