Our rates
At Seaside Family OT, we believe in open and honest communication—starting with our fees. We want you to feel informed and confident from the very beginning, so you always know what to expect. Below is a quick summary of our standard hourly rates. A full breakdown of our services and associated costs can be found in our Fees and Charges document.
The hourly rate is: Occupational Therapy: $193.99 (this is in line with NDIS practice standards); travel $96.99/hour . This includes Aged Care/Home Care Package support, NDIS participants and private therapy.
Community-Based Services & Travel
As a community-based occupational therapy service, Seaside Family OT comes to you—whether that’s at home, school, work, or in the local community. This flexible approach allows us to support clients in their everyday environments where therapy can be most effective.
In line with NDIS guidelines, travel costs may apply and are calculated based on time and distance from our base. These costs are outlined transparently in your service agreement and are billed in accordance with current NDIS price limits.
